Registration

  • Your student card is your library card.
  • It is issued by the Coop HEC Montreal.
  • It is required for borrowing books

My Account

You can visit My Account by clicking on "Review My Account / Renew Books", from the "I want to..." menu, on the home page ...

My Account section lets you:

  • check the amount of borrowed documents and their due dates
  • renew your loans
  • place holds on documents

In case of difficulties, contact the circulation desk

Course reserve

Certain mandatory books are removed from the general collection by your instructors and are relocated in this section.

It is located at the front desk.

The loan period for these documents is 3 hours, on site.

 

 

These documents will be identified, as shown above.

Holds and layaways

Holds

N.B. Only on borrowed books

  • You can place them  online or at the library.
  • Circulation desk staff will contact you by email, when the document becomes available.
  • The document is kept for seven days, in your name.

Layaways

  • These can be requested by telephone or on site.
  • A maximum of five documents can be set aside for a period of three days.

In case of difficulties, contact the circulation desk.

BCI Card

You can borrow books from another university library with a BCI card.
