At either of our two service desks, you can register, renew or return your loans, as well as borrow documents from the Reserve, make and/or retrieve your reservations, retrieve layaway, apply for a BCI card, and much more! Your student card, issued by the Coop HEC Montréal, is your library card. It is required to borrow books.

Reservations and layaway :
If the item you're looking for is available in the catalog (at the HEC Montréal library), simply call or e-mail us to set it aside (a maximum of 5 documents can be set aside for a period of 3 days).
If the item you are looking for is already on loan, you can make a reservation online, by phone, email, or in person.
