Once logged in, you can reserve a document or request a scan of a chapter. To do so, click on the Request/Scan button displayed under Access Options in the document record.
Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email indicating that you have 7 days to pick up the reserved item. For a scan request, the chapter will be emailed to you.
Click on My Account > Sign Out.
